ACM Distinguished Paper Award at IEEE/ACM International Conference On Automated Software Engineering 2011 conference
Between November 6-12, Lawrence, Kansas (US) hosted the 26th IEEE/ACM International Conference
On Automated Software Engineering (ASE '11), which is one of the most widely accepted and respected scientific forum on software and systems engineering.
Altogether, our group presented four different papers on the conference:
- First, Ákos Horváth gave a tutorial about the EMF-IncQuery framework for querying large EMF models
- Then, Dániel Varró presented our ongoing research on design space exploration titled, A Model-driven Framework for Guided Design Space Exploration, which won the prestigious ACM Distinguished Paper Award that was given to only 3 selected papers accepted to the conference!
- It was followed by a presentation of Dániel on Dynamic Backward Slicing of Model Transformations that described a novel approach for debugging model transformation.
- Finally, Ákos closed the groups contribution with a talk on how EMF-IncQuery can be used for the effective validation on EMF models.
