Our professor in Technical Program Committee of Securware 2012

Prof. András Pataricza will serve as PC member on the Sixth International Conference on Emerging Security Information, Systems and Technologies(Securware). Securware is an event covering related topics on theory and practice on security, cryptography, secure protocols, trust, privacy, confidentiality, vulnerability, intrusion detection and other areas. This year, the conference will be organized by IARIA in Rome, Italy from 19 to 24 August, 2012.

Presentation at the ICST'12 conference

Zoltán Ujhelyi, PhD student attended at the Fifth International Conference on Software Testing, Verification and Validation in Montreal, Canada between April 17-20, 2012. During the conference a presentation he presented his work related to slicing model transformations in a debugging scenario called Dynamic Backward slicing of Model Transformations.

In the conference 200 researchers attended from more that 20 nations wordwide, and presented their results related to software quality and testing.

FTSRG presentation at the 1st International IBM Cloud Academy Conference

Members of FTSRG, Prof. András Pataricza and Imre Kocsis were attended last week in North-Carolina(U.S.) on the 1st International  IBM Cloud Academy Conference (ICA 2012), where they gave a successful presentation of their paper Cloud Based Analytics for Cloud Based Applications (co-authors: Zoltán Micskei, István Szombath, András Kövi & Zsolt Kocsis ). Invited talk at CSMR 2012 conference

Dániel Varró gave an invited talk with the title "A Bridge Over Troubled Water - Synergies between Model Transformation and Software Maintenance Techniques" at CSMR 2012 (16th European Conference on Software Maintenance and Reengineering), which was hosted in Szeged, Hungary between March 27th and 30th, 2012. In his talk, he summarized various challenges and solutions at the intersection of model transfomations and software maintenance to facilitate joint research undertakings by the two communities.

SERENE workshop and autumn school on resilient software engineering

SERENE workshop and a related autumn school will be organized in September 2012 in Pisa in Italy in the topic of software engineering in resilient systems. The aim of 2012 edition of the autumn school is to discuss the main advances in model-driven and formal approaches for ensuring quality and dependability of software-intensive systems. Prof. dr. András Pataricza helps the work of organization as a PC member.

Deadline for workshop paper submission: 11 May 2012.

Tool Demonstration at ServiceWave 2011

In accordance with the Polish EU presidency, the 2011 autumn installation of the Future Internet Week series was hosted by the Poznań University of Technology. The satellite conference ServiceWave also included a free-form tool demonstration slot in its programme. Read more »
