FTSRG presentation at the 1st International IBM Cloud Academy Conference
Members of FTSRG, Prof. András Pataricza and Imre Kocsis were attended last week in North-Carolina(U.S.) on the 1st International IBM Cloud Academy Conference (ICA 2012), where they gave a successful presentation of their paper Cloud Based Analytics for Cloud Based Applications (co-authors: Zoltán Micskei, István Szombath, András Kövi & Zsolt Kocsis ).
The conference was the first event to gather researchers and lecturers in the field of cloud based computing. Prof. András Pataricza also served as PC member in the preparation of ICA2012. The paper presented Big Data analysis techniques on the questions of performance analysis and control of cloud infrastructure. Before the conference they visited the data center of IBM Research Triangle Park Leadership.
